Login and Sign-up not possible

Currently there is a problem with our Azure storage-accounts. The rest of the system is working. But due to this problem, users are unable to sign-up and existing users are unable to log-in. The Azure people are working on this problem right now, but we don't know how long it will take to fix this problem.

As always you can be sure to get informed by us, if there are any kind of problems with our system. And please accept our apology. We will do our best to fix this problem asap.

UPDATE 3/29/2014  01:24 AM The site is running again as expected. But we are still investigating the cause.

UPDATE 3/28/2014  6:39 PM We are working actively with the Azure support on a solution. We expect soon to solve the problem as soon as possible.

UPDATE 3/28/2014 03:09 AM  Another session tomorrow. We finally got an excellent supporter. We think we work it out soon.

UPDATE 3/27/2014 11:44 PM We have a ticket now, the severity is set to "low business impact" which is wrong, changed

UPDATE 3/25/2014 3:47: PM To be able to continue development, we created a local replica of the production environment. Development can continue.

UPDATE 3/25/2014 2:06: PM Things are moving, but not into the right direction. We still did not get any help. Still we are supplied with strange replies and we are being moved from one supporter to another. There is no concrete reply why we are unable to access our storage-accounts
